Meet Kacie Gamble Tym, an attorney who brings a wealth of experience in various practice areas and a deeply practical approach to estate planning, real estate, and title matters.
While she got her start in the fast-paced world of corporate law, working at a “Big Law” firm on business formations, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, and other matters, her passion lies in guiding individuals and families through their major life and financial transitions.
Kacie has served as attorney and closing department manager for a title insurance company. She processed residential and commercial transactions from title search to post-closing, navigated title defects, and drafted all the essential instruments like deeds and easements.
When it comes to your life and legacy planning, she has equally crucial insight, gained from working as a staff attorney directly with a probate judge on trust, estate, and conservatorship cases and a family law judge on guardianship, custody, and blended family issues.
She also understands that life is about balancing priorities. After taking a career break to be the primary parent to her three children, she returned to practice with an even sharper set of real-world skills. Her extensive volunteer work and assisting family businesses highlight her expertise in problem-solving, organization, and ability to collaborate effectively with various personalities.
Admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2010, Kacie uses her unique blend of legal and real-life experience to make sure your closing is smooth and your estate plan is secure, organized, and truly reflects your family’s needs. Known for her approachable style, she makes genuine connection a priority, often leveraging empathy and sense of humor to put clients at ease while helping them plan for and protect what matters most.
When she’s not working, Kacie can usually be found on the sidelines of a field, court, or course somewhere cheering on her children, traveling, or enjoying time on the water with family and friends.
